Metal roofs and metal facades, ventilation ducts and A/C systems, railway waggons and vessels, all have problem vith vibration noice and in most cases also with condensation. Kefa Akustik offers a solution to both problems.
In many constructions space and weight puts a limit to the sound proofing. KefaAkustik requires only 1,2 - 2 mm thickness and does not add but 0,72 - 1,2 kg/sqm to the construction.
Product description
KefaAkustik is a micro-porous coating in which the pores in combination with heavier material provide the good sound damping properties. The micropore matrix is also active in the condensation protection process. KefaAkustik is water based and re-inforced with fibres for flexibility and damping purpose.
Substrates
KefaAkustik can be applied on galvanized steel, aluminum, zinc aluminum alloys as well as on surfaces, which are primed with corrosion protection. The surfaces must be free from dust, soot and greese.
