KEFA Drainputz System is a Multi Functional Plaster with special properties. It can be used indoors as well as outdoors.
KEFA Drainputz System provides dry walls and controls moisture in the premises.
Thanks to its special properties KEFA Drainputz System can be used also in heavily moisture loaded premises, e.g. basements with salt precipitation and problem with peeling off paint.
KEFA Drainputz System can also be used as an inside thermal insulation without causing the common problems with inside insulation.
Used on facades, KEFA Drainputz System in combination with GrafoTherm Exterior, provides good insulation and protects against mould, algae, moss and frost damages.
KEFA Drainputz System not only improves the insulating properties of a wall but provides in addition fire protection.
The combination of KEFA Drainputz and BioRid or GrafoTherm Exterior provides warm, dry and clean surfaces.

KEFA Drainputz System consists of:
· KEFA Haftgrund – a primer for excellent adhesion
· KEFA Drainputz – an insulating, fire-proofing plaster
· BioRid and GrafoTherm Exterior - Top coats for indoor respectively outdoor application
The components are co-ordinated in such a way that the special properties of the individual product enhances the properties of the system.
Substrate
KEFA Drainputz System can be applied to all mineral substrates that are dry, free from dirt, oil and loose paint or plaster.
When the substrate is okay, a coat of KEFA Haftgrund is applied whereafter the application of KEFA Drainputz takes place.
Application
KEFA Drainputz can be applied maually or by use of a special spray equipment.
Caution!
KEFA Haftgrund and BioRid/GrafoTherm Exterior can not be replaced by other materials.
